Company History CBG Communications' primary business is providing telecommunications and cable television consulting services.  The Company is led by its Executive Vice President, Thomas G. Robinson.  During his professional career, Mr. Robinson has been involved with numerous cable and telecommunications matters throughout the United States. Mr. Robinson has established a national reputation in telecommunications, technology, and cable television matters.  He has a proven track record of providing consulting services for public sector entities, which produce effective results.  He has had his work published, and he is a frequent speaker at regional and national NATOA (National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors) Conferences.  Specifically, Mr. Robinson has been a guest speaker at NATOA Annual Conferences on the subjects of telecommunications planning, communications technology, institutional networks, wireless services and other telecommunications issues.  Mr. Robinson has also spoken at NATOA seminars on the subject of community and local government video, voice and data applications of broadband communications networks and at National League of Cities' seminars on local government issues emanating from the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the relationship between telecommunications infrastructure and economic development. Mr. Robinson brings to CBG Communications extensive experience in performing a variety of telecommunications, technology, and cable television review, analysis, survey, and other project tasks, negotiating with industry providers, meeting and working with local elected and appointed officials and staff personnel, facilitating the activities of advisory committees (that include both public and private sector representatives) and making presentations to City and County Councils, Commissions, and Boards. Additionally, because consulting on telecommunications, technology, and cable matters is the core of CBG Communications' business, and CBG Communications partners with  highly regarded public sector telecommunications law firms, whose principals are very knowledgeable about and stay current on governmental issues and regulatory matters.  As such, they are regarded as experts by their peers.
